A Farm to Table Tapas Experience
We are commited to providing you with the most delicious ingredients that we can find. Fortunately for us, there is a lot of delicious right here in New Hampshire and in the rest of New England! We strive to find local suppliers for our menu items, especially those that are organic and/or sustainably farmed and produced.
In 2011 we began The Mystic Meadows Garden Project. We started with a 1/2 acre organic garden, growing a wide variety of tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, corn, melons, squash, herbs and more. Each year we will be expanding our own garden to bring you even more fresh food!! We grow only heirloom and rare seeds, all organic.
Though we are new to farming, we have committed ourselves to organic and sustainable practices.
We also work directly and indirectly with many small family owned farms and backyard farmers to deliver delicious to your table everyday.
